William Leith: A Northern Line Minute The Northern Line

C story s probably not my favourite of all the Underground Line stories as I said I love this travel system and this writer clearly has a troubled experience with The Soul Stylists it which doesn t fit my experiences I did like how he portrays his anxietyn his short story a lot of elements were very familiar The experience he tells us about Point of Redemption (Nordic Lords MC, is just uite uncomfortable I don t have trouble with the train stoppingn a tunnel or uncomfortable stories but he gets The Virgin Soldiers incredibly anxious when this happens and adds another layer to that anxiety a firen a tunnel and feeling completely helpless Nevertheless Not my favourite this year I picked Dungeons and Dragons Art and Arcana: A Visual History it up because I wasntrigued by the whole collection and am most familiar with the Northern Line but Game On (Aces Hockey, it was fairly disappointing I didn t particularly write the writing long paragraphs a somewhat boring monologue and I find strange thedea of writing about the Tube to celebrate The Empress its 150th birthday when one actually really dislikes the Tube William Leith narrates this autobiographical story telling of how he stepped onto a Northern Line train and started to sense that something was wrong As the account continues you can tell that something bads going to happen and this The Celestial Necklace is what the whole storys building up toI found myself feeling sorry for the author Part-Time Gods (DFZ immediately because hes evidently claustrophobic and talks a lot about how anxious he gets when he uses the London Underground and he talks a lot about his relief when he gets to the end of his journey and how he wishes he hadn t decided to go one stop further The depictions of how other people behave on the train are all very vivid and Star Wars Trilogy Sourcebook Special Edition it made me feel almost like I was thereThe book was written well occasionally going off on tangents about other aspects of the author s life and there was some good use of humour at times that put men mind of Bill Bryson I liked the way that the narrative built up to the climaxThis s one of a series of twelve books that has been written about different lines on the London Underground. Eflects that It's the line on which he has fought with his girlfriend lost jobs watched football teams lose and been stuck underground It's a story of London lif.
